Ministry Mentoring Program
The Ministry Makers' Ministry Mentoring Program guides individuals seeking to fulfill God's plan for their life. All too often, people feel the desire to serve, but cannot isolate the area that they feel they would be the most fulfilled and successful. This distractions of the daily grind can keep people from the joy of an other-centered lifestyle. Diverse Interests and desires can also lead to crippling indecision. Mentors at Ministry Makers will meet with people to create an action plan tailored to their unique situation. We believe that everyone has place and even small actions are major contributions to addressing the many growing cconcerns of this world.
Mentors will guide you through intentional prayer, bible study, volunteer opportunities, life coaching, spiritual gift testing and other methods to walk with you in discovering God's design for your life. In our own efforts to continually grow in our relationship with Christ and to be more like him, we will meet you where you are at in your life. This program throws out all preconceptions that ministry can only happen when someone is in the perfect place to serve. Every one can work toward serving, even if you think you are completely unqualified. In the Bible, Saul was a persecuting murder, yet the Lord touched his heart and changed him into one of the most influential Christians in history. You are never too far away from you destination when your journey begins with the first step.
Your place in God's plan can range anywhere from Ministry Makers helping connect you to a volunteer opportunity, to helping you form a fully legal 501 c 3 Non-profit. Don't forget, serving can be in God's plan for a season, and a means to the next step. If you are currently living out your ministry but feel drawn to something else, lets talk about it. If you feell like you are too busy with work or family to serve, let's talk about it. If you want to start your own Non-Profit but aren't sure of the steps, let's talk abut it.
The Ministry Mentorship Progam is a free service, and donations are always welcome to to allow Ministry Makers to continue to serve and fund our grant and scholarship programs.

Service Partnership Program
One possible recommended exercise in the Ministry Mentoring Program is for the mentee to volunteer in a variety of areas. This recommendation is to allow the mentee to broaden their experiences and test out a variety of missional projects. The idea is that by exposing a mentee to various causes, in addition to other practices, they may find the thing that touches their heart and motivates them to act. Ministry Makers builds Service Partnerships with other organizations in an effort to make a fit for a volunteer. We are looking or all types of volunteer opportunities. In fact the larger the variety of volunteer opportunities we can not only suggest, but assist in facilitating, the more people we can help discover their personal ministry.
The best part of this Service Partnership is that there is very little work on our partners part. We will maintain a database of our Service Partner's volunteer needs along with the basic skills required and a volunteer contact for the organization. After the referral is made, the only thing our Service Partners need to do is follow their normal volunteer screening procedures. We understand that volunteering has to be a good fit for both the volunteer and the organization, so if a volunteer doesn't work out, we move on and try again. There are never any penalties for not accepting a Ministry Makers referral. Our only goal is to help mentees and organizations succeed.
If your organization is interested in exploring a Service Partnership with Ministry Makers, simply fill out the "contact us" form indicating your interest and one of our staff will get back you as soon as we can.
